1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on phll.asia, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phll with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2.3 phll reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address linked to their Account and will take effect fourteen (14) calendar days after notification, unless the amendment is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive, in which case it takes effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 To register an Account and use the phll Platform, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate and institutional registrations are not permitted);
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of phll or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be a person currently under a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or similar restriction imposed by phll or any gaming regulator.

3.2 phll shall verify the age and identity of all Players before any withdrawal request is processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, and PRC Professional ID.

3.3 Where phll has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of twenty-one (21), phll reserves the right to immediately suspend the Player's Account pending age verification, freeze all funds in the Account, and void any bets placed during the period of suspected underage use. Any winnings generated during this period may be withheld pending investigation. If underage use is confirmed, the Account shall be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to the source payment method without any winnings.

3.4 phll shall maintain a register of self-excluded Players and shall use reasonable technical and operational measures to prevent self-excluded individuals from creating new Accounts or accessing the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the phll Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. phll shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. phll strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify phll immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 phll shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where phll has acted in good faith reliance on instructions given using your Account credentials, except where such loss results from phll's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.5 Account registration on phll is free of charge. phll does not charge any registration, membership, or account maintenance fees.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 phll supports a range of Philippine-native payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS (BSP)-regulated payment channels. Available methods are displayed in the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso ₱100 (One Hundred Pesos). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Five Hundred Pesos). Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's Account verification tier and the specific payment method selected. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being reviewed for potential suspension.

5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit into the Account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder under KYC procedures. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.5 phll processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. These are target timeframes and are not contractually guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional compliance review is required.

5.6 All transactions on the phll Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phll does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5.7 phll complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended, and the regulations issued thereunder by the AMLC and PAGCOR. phll may request additional documentation from Players as required by AML compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

6.1 phll offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to eligible Players via the Platform's promotions section and/or by email. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies.

6.3 phll reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that this does not adversely affect Players who have already commenced satisfying the wagering requirements applicable to a bonus already credited to their Account.

6.4 Players who have made use of any promotional offer and are subsequently found to have breached these Terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, VPN circumvention, or collusive play — may have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited without notice.

6.5 phll reserves the right to restrict the availability of any promotion to specific geographic regions, Account verification tiers, or Player segments.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the phll Platform are subject to these Terms and, where applicable, the specific rules published for each game category (Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, Slots, Crash Games) as displayed within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued to the Player's Account. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid and no liability attaches to phll in respect of such bets.

7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or erroneous odds/game parameter being displayed on the Platform, phll reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. phll shall have no further liability in respect of such voided bets.

7.4 phll does not accept bets placed by automated scripts, bots, or other software tools designed to circumvent the normal betting interface. Use of such tools constitutes a prohibited conduct under Section 8 and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7.5 phll reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any Player, game, or event at its sole discretion without prior notice, where phll reasonably determines that such limits are necessary to manage risk exposure or comply with regulatory requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the phll Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under their own identity or under any other identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform in any manner that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under Philippine law;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in Platform software for financial gain;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions, age verification, or self-exclusion controls;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes with other Players;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Conducting any form of commercial activity on the Platform, including operating as an agent, broker, or facilitator for third-party wagers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phll staff, support agents, or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

8.2 Where phll determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, phll may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all or any portion of the Player's wagers; withhold and/or forfeit any or all balances in the Account; report the matter to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other relevant Philippine government agencies as required by law.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the phll Platform — including but not limited to the phll brand name, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, interface design, written content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of phll or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phll Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Use of the phll brand name, logos, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorized in writing by phll is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The phll Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phll takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably, phll does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency that may affect gameplay.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phll's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 phll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phll's liability for death or personal injury resulting from phll's gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 phll is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. phll provides all registered Players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a minimum twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum daily session duration. phll will display a notification when the Player approaches their limit and will enforce an automatic logout when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days). The suspension takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the designated period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within twenty-four (24) hours and remains in force for a minimum period of six (6) months. phll will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded Players.

11.2 The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced on phll as a fundamental responsible gaming requirement. See Section 3 for full provisions.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 phll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; receipt of a regulatory directive; Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more; or the Player's voluntary request for Account closure.

12.2 A Player Account that has been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be subject to administrative inactivity fees not exceeding ₱100 per month, applied to the Account's Real Funds balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied and will have a thirty (30)-day period to reactivate their Account and avoid such fees.

12.3 Upon Account closure for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and AML compliance checks.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phll's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a complaint by contacting phll customer support via the live chat function on phll.asia or by email to [email protected].

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days of the complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body having jurisdiction over the subject matter.

13.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments

14.1 phll reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address registered on their Account no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where an amendment is required immediately by applicable law, regulatory directive, or urgent operational necessity.

14.2 The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date and version number, will always be accessible at phll.asia/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
